By joining this agreement and leaving your information on the website www.at-nhk.com (hereinafter the “Site”), belonging to Abrasive Technologies LLC, registered at: 1 Mira St., Sosnovy Bor, Leningrad Region, Russia, the User: - confirms that the indicated personal data belong personally to him/her; - acknowledges and confirms that he/she has read this Agreement completely, the terms for personal data processing contained herein and to be indicated in the Site fields; - acknowledges and confirms that all the provisions of this Agreement and the terms for personal data processing are understood; - agrees to processing by the Site of the submitted personal data on the Site; - agrees to the terms of personal data processing without any stipulations or restrictions, has read and agrees completely with the Policy of personal data processing of Abrasive Technologies LLC
Consent is given for processing the User’s personal data that are not special or biometric, namely: --full name; --e-mail address; --phone number; --company name.
The purpose of personal data processing: collect information about orders for the company’s products; collect information about claims against product quality; obtain customer feedback about products or working with the company; keeping a history of company requests; conducting marketing studies of company sales; for promotional, research, informational and other purposes, including by establishing direct contacts with me via various communications channels.
The grounds for personal data processing are: article 24 of the Russian Federation Constitution; Articles 6 and 11 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data.”
The following shall be done while processing the personal data: - collection and accumulation; - storage; - revision (updating, modification); - destruction;
The Consent to personal data processing shall be provided from the time the Feedback Form is filled out and shall be valid for 5 (Five) years, or until it is revoked in writing. A written revoke must be provided personally by the subject of the personal data to the mailing address of Abrasive Technologies LLC, indicated in this Agreement. The signature of the subject of personal data must be notarized.
The Site Administration shall have the right to amend this Agreement. If amendments are made to the current version, the date of the last updating shall be indicated. The new version of the Agreement shall enter into force at the time of its posting, if not otherwise stipulated by the new edition of the Agreement.
